Shellie M. Davis, CCIM, CPM, RPA

Director of Property Management

Ms. Davis has 21 years of success in commercial real estate management and leasing assignments of over 10 million square feet valued over $2 billion. Additionally, Ms. Davis has extensive experience with complex properties, handling them from inception of major developments to delivering consistent investor returns. She is responsible for maximizing the performance and value of the company's portfolio of real estate assets that are owned and/or managed through acquisition, operation and disposition.

Shellie began her real estate career at Trammell Crow Company. During her tenure, she held Property Management positions managing key customer accounts including, Principal Financial Group, Prudential, Cabot Partners, Equitable Life Assurance, Lend Lease, Glenborough, AMB, RREEF, Crow Family Holdings, and Harbert Realty. Her brokerage, leasing and development activities included land acquisitions of which encompassed site and financial analysis, due diligence, and marketing analysis which resulted in $20M office project, a participating member of the project development team for the 27-story high-rise tower, the IJL Financial Center, in uptown Charlotte, North Carolina.

She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She holds the CCIM, CPM and RPA designations and is a member of the CCIM Institute, the Institute of Real Estate Management, and Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). Ms. Davis maintains Real Estate Broker licenses in North Carolina, Georgia and Florida and has Class A Certified General Contractors License in the State of Florida.

Crystal Medel

Senior Property Manager

Crystal Medel has 12 years of experience in commercial and residential property management. She is a Colorado native who started out in retail management and transitioned into commercial property management, which she really enjoys. Experienced in both management and accounting, she has assisted in managing over 700,000 square feet of office buildings in the Downtown Denver, Cherry Creek and DTC areas.

Crystal is the Property Manager for Centerpoint I & II, Terrace Office Center and Syracuse Office Center in DTC. Crystal possesses good character, a strong work ethic and a high caliber of communication and interpersonal skills that aid in all that she does as a property manager. She is currently active in her local Denver BOMA chapter and is involved in their Emerging Professionals Group.

Liz Hill

Senior Property Manager

Liz joined Harvard Pacific in March 2024 to manage Denver Corporate Center I, II, and III. Liz has over 15 years of experience in real estate management ranging from residential, shopping center and commercial portfolios. Originally from South Florida, Liz moved to Denver in 2014 and began managing a portfolio of over 1.8 million square feet of retail and office space with national tenants such as AMC, REI, JCPenney and Nordstrom Rack.

Prior to joining Harvard Pacific, Liz managed a 12-story mid-rise tower in Uptown Denver. Liz enjoys assisting tenants with all requests. She has vast experience overseeing capital improvement projects, tenant buildouts and massive renovations. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communications with a minor in Psychology from University of Central Florida in Orlando and is currently working on her IREM CPM designation.

Delia Love

Assistant Property Manager/Accountant

Delia Love has worked in the commercial property management industry for ten (10) years as an Assistant Property Manager and Administrator. She started as a tenant services coordinator and worked her way up to an assistant property manager. Delia enjoys the accounting side of the business and is focus on being an accountant for commercial real estate. Her passion is to help the business grow and obtain wealth and success.

Petrina Aguilar

Assistant Property Manager

Petrina has 13 years of experience in property and project management. Petrina has a proven track record in managing both commercial and residential properties, focusing on portfolio management, facility management, and capital improvements. She has successfully overseen portfolios of over 200 tenants and 1,000,000 sq. ft. of space, excelling in building inspections, tenant improvements and vendor contract management. Her technical proficiency spans various software platforms, including JD Edwards, Yardi, and MRI. She is currently working towards a CPM License in Colorado and holding a CAM License in Florida.

Petrina is the Assistant Property Manager for the Denver, Colorado office portfolio of 1.1 million square feet.

Patricia Clemens

Senior Property Accountant

As a Property Accountant for Harvard Pacifc, Patricia is responsible for corporate fund level accounting for our institutional real estate investors. She manages fixed asset accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, lease administration, tenant reconciliations and financial reporting for 10 properties totalling 1.3M SF.

She has worked in the commercial real estate industry for over 18 years. Prior to joining Harvard Pacific, she worked at Colliers International for four years managing the accounting and financial reporting for institutional investors Invesco, Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association and LaSalle. At RMC property group she adminstered accounting for leasing, management, development and title insurance.

She attended the University of South Florida and double major in accounting and management. She obtained her Florida Real Estate license in 2001.
