Lakeview Office Center is an 187,992 square foot Class B office building located in the I-4/East Tampa submarket. The property has been well maintained, with capital upgrades to elevator cabs, mechanical systems, new roof system, parking lot resurfacing, lobby renovations and general business park improvements. Lakeview Office Center was built in 1984 and sits on a total 19.31 acres with approximately 5 acres available for development. The site has a parking ratio of 5.9 per 1,000 square feet. The roof was replaced in 2013 and has a warranty ending in 2033. The main lobby was renovated in 2011 along with an elevator modernization project completed in January 2012.
