Shellie M. Davis, CCIM, CPM, RPA
Director of Property Management
Ms. Davis has 21 years of success in commercial real estate management and leasing assignments of over 10 million square feet valued over $2 billion. Additionally, Ms. Davis has extensive experience with complex properties, handling them from inception of major developments to delivering consistent investor returns. She is responsible for maximizing the performance and value of the company’s portfolio of real estate assets that are owned and/or managed through acquisition, operation and disposition.
Shellie began her real estate career at Trammell Crow Company. During her tenure, she held Property Management positions managing key customer accounts including, Principal Financial Group, Prudential, Cabot Partners, Equitable Life Assurance, Lend Lease, Glenborough, AMB, RREEF, Crow Family Holdings, and Harbert Realty. Her brokerage, leasing and development activities included land acquisitions of which encompassed site and financial analysis, due diligence, and marketing analysis which resulted in $20M office project, a participating member of the project development team for the 27-story high-rise tower, the IJL Financial Center, in uptown Charlotte, North Carolina.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She holds the CCIM, CPM and RPA designations and is a member of the CCIM Institute, the Institute of Real Estate Management, and Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). Ms. Davis maintains Real Estate Broker licenses in North Carolina, Georgia and Florida and has Class A Certified General Contractors License in the State of Florida.
